The policy in the quality domain

The policy of RESITA REDUCTOARE S.A., regarding the quality, has the purpose to offer to its clients only products of the best quality, with a high level of safety in exploitation, as well as a qualified service.

The client's estimation, concerning the products, is decisive in our decision about the level of quality of the products. The client's requests regarding the aspect of the products have the same importance for us, as the technical and functional requests. RRR's objectives in the quality domain are:

  • To offer continuously products which are according to the conditions from the applicable norms and standards, and to satisfy at maximum the client's necessities and requests;
  • To maintain and to adapt the quality, according to the international standard EN ISO 9001:2008;

Each employee of the company contributes at his work place for the incarnation of our goals regarding the quality. By a proper qualification and training, our workers are capable to achieve these objectives.

Every work has to be done correctly, even from the beginning; because this does not only improve the quality, but also reduces the costs. The quality increases the efficiency. The faults have to be removed and also their causes; to prevent the defects is prior to remove them.

The Quality Manual's stipulations as well as the other documents included in the Quality System Management are compulsory for the entire staff of RESITA REDUCTOARE S.A. The heads of the departments are responsible for the exact apply of the provisions from these documents.

Principle declaration for the quality system management

To achieve the contract requests, agreed with the clients, for the planning, achievement, surveillance and improvements of all the relevant activities from the qualitative point of view and for an improvement of the client's satisfaction, it has been introduced in our factory an QSM, according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008, which is practised in all our company.

The QSM reference material, which is made by this Quality Manual and by the quoted documents, system's procedures, is compulsory for all the employees of our company. The responsible person for quality has to prove that the necessary processes from QSM are maintained/kept, to report in a regulate way about the necessary improvements (for example: after an internal audit) and to promote inside the company the spirit of achieving the client's requests. This person will have the support of the company top management and of the entire staff.

By the enumerated measures, it will be achieved the RRR's quality policy. In this direction, the quality policy will serve to all employees as compulsory direction for an activity orientated to quality, client and responsibility.
